Update.

We put an offer in on a house yesterday. Fingers are crossed but we are not holding our breaths since there is another offer in already. We will know by Tuesday if the seller accepts our offer.

We backed out of our offer after finding a closer house to our jobs. It's nice, has great potential in an adorable gated community. It currently has the most awful navy blue carpet and yellow and purple painted walls. But if HG.TV has taught me anything it is that that all can be changed. So we're putting in an offer tomorrow and hopefully that house will become our forever home. Full of love and happy memories. Fingers crossed!
